The hydraulic hose connectors are manufactured in accordance with various standards, including ISO, SAE, DIN, JIS, BS, and NF, to ensure a broad range of applications for hydraulic pressure hoses. They offer superior resistance to rust, pressure, and aging, making them perfect for long-term use and high-pressure applications.

A Zinc coating and Cr-VI free zinc plating process ensures a high corrosion resistance of all carbon steel products, in accordance with EU and US regulations as well as SAE J516 and DIN EN ISO 12151 requirements.

The exclusion of hexavalent chromium ensures an eco-friendly outcome without diminishing corrosion resistance.

The zinc-plating tested to EN ISO 9227 yields a minimum of 240 hours without corrosion, prior to crimping.

SAE JIC 37

Commonly referred to as JIC fittings, these metal-to-metal sealing type fittings have a 37 flare (sealing surface angle) and straight United National Fine Threads (UNF). The original design specification for the fittings comes from the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
